50 year old female – -5’, 1” tall, 105 lb, bra size 36 C -mother of 1 child-requested breast implant revision. She complained of pain, firmness, unnatural look of breasts-empty on top-and lack of cleavage. This is the 6 month result following removal of 220 cc -saline/silicone, double lumen implants under the breast tissue, removal of capsular contracture, modification of implant pocket with special suture technique to create internal “underwire” bra for support of the new implants-Allergan-Natrelle, Style 410 shaped, highly cohesive (“gummy bear”), silicone gel , 425 cc breast implants. Patient now has soft and natural breasts with cleavage and upper pole/lateral fullness to desired size of 36 D.
