50-year-old female G1P1Ab0, 5’3” tall, 110 lb. female referred by one of Dr. Petti’s breast augmentation patients. The patient has lost breast tissue, and the breasts are empty and saggy following a 50-pound weight loss. She desired silicone gel breast implants. She did not want the scars of a breast lift. Dr. Petti preformed a bilateral augmentation mammoplasty with (375 cc, right and left) Allergan Inspira highly cohesive (gummy bear) silicone gel implants place under the pectoral muscle and breast tissue for a smooth and naturally lifted result at ~ 5 weeks. The patient is very happy with the size ~ 34 C and shape of the breasts. The scars are inconspicuous, hidden under the breasts as Dr. Petti supports/lifts the breast by performing an internal bra suture at the time of closure of the incision.
