This 64-year-old woman returned to our practice seeking improvement in the appearance of her jawline and upper neck. She was interested in a nonsurgical neck lift and chose the MyEllevate® procedure as her preferred treatment.
Her primary goal was a more defined, youthful jawline without undergoing a traditional face and neck lift. On examination, she had skin laxity along the jawline and upper neck, as well as horizontal neck (“necklace”) lines and loose skin in the mid and lower neck. She was comfortable addressing the mid and lower neck with laser resurfacing at a later time and wanted to focus on improving the upper neck and jawline. The procedure was performed comfortably under local anesthesia.
Results: Just 2 weeks after MyEllevate®, she already demonstrates a noticeably sharper jawline, improved definition of the upper neck, and a more refreshed, youthful profile. Her results will continue to improve as healing progresses over the coming weeks and months.
