Case-11554
Details
This is a 55-year-old female who presented to my practice for evaluation and discussion of revisional breast surgery, including breast implant removal with a breast lift and possible small breast reduction. The patient reported pain in both breasts, as well as distortion of breast shape. Her silicone implants were placed in a subpectoral position and were noted to be positioned high and laterally on the chest, resulting in an unnatural appearance and minimal cleavage.
The patient subsequently underwent removal of bilateral breast implants with mastopexy.
At five-month follow-up, the patient reports high satisfaction with the results and overall outcome.
