This is a 50-year-old single female, nulliparous female who complain of heavy, painful,saggy, enlarged breast since puberty.she states the oversized weight her down making her feel uncomfortable and interfering with her daily workduties and recreational activities. She feels the breasts are different sizes. The left breast is a little fuller and heavier than the right side. Patient underwent breast reduction with a lift that made her breast be more symmetrical and “perky” as she decided. She also decided to undergo Smartlipo of bilateral lateral chest bra fat with an aspiration of 1,300cc (2lb., 6oz.; 1.10kg)
