This 45-year-old patient came to our practice seeking revision breast surgery after her right saline implant deflated. Her goal was to remove both saline implants and replace them with new silicone gel implants while maintaining a natural, balanced appearance.
She wanted improved symmetry, more fullness toward the center, and enhanced cleavage. Her procedure included removal of the existing implants and placement of Mentor MemoryGel® High Profile, Smooth Round Silicone Gel Implants (325 cc) in the subpectoral plane.
