Case-11601
This 66-year-old female, an established patient of Dr. Petti’s practice, presented with gradually increasing skin laxity and puffiness of the upper eyelids, along with heavy brows and visible facial wrinkles.
After a thorough consultation and discussion of her treatment options, the patient elected to proceed with bilateral browpexy, bilateral cosmetic upper blepharoplasty, and CO₂ fractional laser resurfacing of the facial skin.
The combination of procedures was designed to address excess upper-eyelid skin, improve the appearance of heavy brows, and refresh the overall texture and appearance of the facial skin.
At 2 months post-procedure, the patient demonstrates a refreshed and rejuvenated appearance with improved upper-eyelid contour and smoother-looking skin.
