This 46-year-old female presented to Dr. Petti’s practice after researching board-certified plastic surgeons online. She had been considering breast augmentation for several years and was concerned about loss of breast fullness, sagging, and noticeable asymmetry, with the right breast larger than the left.

Her goal was to achieve a natural-looking enhancement with improved fullness of the upper and outer portions of the breasts, while maintaining a proportionate and natural contour.
