51-year old female swimmer who requested that her firm, displaced, asymmetrical, uneven textured breast implants be removed. Replacement was performed with subpectoral Inspira, 375 cc smooth, round, highly cohesive (gummy bear), full profile, silicone gel breast implants restoring more cleavage, natural curves of breast, symmetry, and softness to both breasts.
